Besides working with plant medicine, I am also a transitional housing support worker. I work at an addiction resources and transitional housing centre with clients who are at a crossroads. I absolutely love my position there, and work hard to bring the most meaningful parts of my job to my work as an herbalist, and vice versa.

About Aurora

Hello!

I offer knowledge gathered from a formal 4 year Diploma of Phytotherapy at Pacific Rim College, weekend courses, mentors, gardens and gardeners, patio flower pots, growing, harvesting, and medicine making.

The herbal practitioner is a bridge between plants and people. I aim to support those who seek anything from relief to realignment, reconnection, or relationship between earth/body, and to point them to the path where they will find what they need.

Whether you are seeking discovery or recovery, plant medicine humbly reminds the body of the ways it can heal itself and return to its natural ways of being. My medicine is for those who wander, those who wonder, those who are waiting for shift. It is for those on and from all paths.

My passion is primarily in making plant medicine accessible to marginalized communities and promoting herbal literacy for all.

Plants do not hurry, they do not assume, they meet people where they are, and gently open the door to new ways of finding what wellness means to each body. My highest aspirations involve doing the same.
